I’m responsible to lead/support Chick-fil-A’s Industry Leading Leadership Development Program (LDP), Company Operated Restaurants, New Operators & Opportunities (i.e. Restaurants), Restaurant Transitions, and Field Talent Solutions.
More specifically, my department is charged with cultivating Chick-fil-A’s pipeline of future leaders through rigorous, experiential Restaurant business training, arming new Operators and Restaurants with tools and practices for initial and sustained success, and ensuring our Chick-fil-A brand is positively represented across all New Operators & Opportunities, Restaurant Transitions, Leadership Development Programs, and Chick-fil-A in-field events.
